A: No. If you can use email and the internet, you can learn AI. We teach step-by-step and keep it beginner-friendly while still delivering real strategy.

A: AI Business Academy™ workshops are led by an educator and business strategist with real-world AI application experience. Sessions are practical and hands-on, focused on helping entrepreneurs and professionals apply AI to writing, planning, operations, and automation—without hype.
Q: What will I learn in the AI Business Academy™ workshop?
A: You’ll learn how to use AI to produce better work faster—writing and rewriting content, organizing ideas, creating plans, improving communication, and streamlining everyday tasks. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to think with AI so you can apply it to your real goals and workflows.
Q: Is this hands-on or mostly lecture?
A: It’s hands-on. We teach, demo, and then you practice. You’ll leave with real outputs—prompts, drafts, frameworks, and next-step actions.
Q: What should I bring?
A: A laptop is strongly recommended (tablet can work for some sessions), your charger, and your business or work goals/questions.
Q: Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?
A: Not required. We can work with free versions, and we’ll explain the differences so you can decide if upgrading makes sense for your goals.
Q: Which AI tools do you teach?
A: We focus on tools that help you write, organize, automate, and make decisions faster. Tool choices vary by workshop and your goals—we prioritize clarity over tool overload.
Q: Is this training only for ChatGPT, or will it cover other AI tools too?
A: ChatGPT is often the foundation because it’s accessible and powerful, but the strategies you learn apply across multiple AI tools. Depending on the workshop, we may also introduce complementary tools for writing, productivity, organization, and workflow support.
Q: Will I receive templates, prompts, or take-home materials?
A: Yes. You’ll receive practical take-home resources such as prompt examples, frameworks, and guided steps you can reuse after class. Our goal is for you to leave with tools you can apply again and again—not just notes.
Q: Do you offer free classes or workshops?
A: No—AI Business Academy™ workshops are not free. Our sessions are structured, interactive, and designed for implementation, not just information. Your investment supports the time, tools, and support built into each class.
Q: Are seats limited?
A: Yes. We keep workshops intentionally small so you receive real support and hands-on guidance.
Q: Are workshops recorded?
A: Most workshops are not recorded. AI Business Academy™ is designed to be interactive and hands-on, and we prioritize a comfortable learning environment for attendees. If a session includes a recording or replay option, it will be clearly stated on the registration page.
Q: Do you offer private sessions or team trainings?
A: Yes. We offer private 1:1 sessions and small-group/team trainings. These can be customized to your role, industry, and workflows—such as operations, admin, customer support, marketing, and leadership.
Q: What if I’m nervous or feel behind?
A: You’re not alone—and you’re not too late. ABA is built for people who want to catch up confidently, without feeling judged or overwhelmed.
Q: How do you handle privacy, ethics, and safe AI use?
A: We teach responsible AI use. That includes what not to enter into AI tools (sensitive personal data, confidential client details, passwords, and protected information), how to sanitize information, and how to use AI as support while keeping your judgment and integrity in the driver’s seat.
