Refund Policy

At Close The Gap Consulting, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences through our signature training program, AI Business Academy™ (ABA). We understand that plans change, and we strive to offer a refund policy that is both fair and respectful of your time and ours.
By registering for any service, product, or event with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Live Classes & In-Person Workshops
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled class or workshop are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund or Credit: Cancellations made between 48–72 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund or full credit toward a future session, at our discretion.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or no-shows are non-refundable. You may contact us to request a one-time rescheduling consideration, space permitting.
Deposits:
All classes and workshops require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. The deposit amount is clearly stated during the registration process. Deposits are applied toward your total balance but will not be refunded if you cancel, fail to attend, or reschedule outside of the stated policy window.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the instant-access nature of digital materials (e.g., workbooks, prompt packs, templates), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your download, please contact us at info@aibusinessacademy.ai, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
3. Workshops or Classes Cancelled by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a class or workshop:
You will be notified via email
You will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
4. Custom Consultations or 1:1 Strategy Sessions
Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Requests made after this period are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
